Paul Ryan talks manufacturing with The Vindicator
During a campaign stop outside Cleveland today, Republican vice president nominee U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan sat down with reporter Dave Skolnick to discuss the campaign and the remarks he made during the GOP convention linking President Barack Obama to a shuttered Janesville, Wis. General Motors plant.
"With respect to the auto restructuring, I'm pleased the auto industry is where it is now, but it could still do more," Ryan said. "I want to make sure we have the right manufacturing policies in place so that we can help (the) U.S. manufacturing industry."
