Some power outages on Youngstown's South Side, Boardman

YOUNGSTOWN — Residents on the South Side and Boardman reported power outages late tonight.

According to the First Energy website, more than 1,000 customers were without power on the city’s South Side around 11 p.m., while 238 reported outages in Boardman during the same time.
