Agata Lyda Khoury has been selected from hundred of applicants in the United States, Mexico and Canada to participate in a prestigious Polonia training program. School for Leaders for the Polish Community from North America began Monday and continues until Friday in Warsaw. Created by the national Polish Senate, the all-expense paid program is aimed at individuals age 20 to 40 and is meant to support the development of leadership skills among participants to make their work for the Polish community abroad more effective. Khoury secured one of only 30 spots in the program.

Christopher A. Wright of Linesville has been named chief financial officer at St. Paul Homes, a continuing-care community in Greenville, Pa. The former manager at Hill, Barth & King LLC in Meadville, Wright is a 1999 graduate of Thiel College with a degree in accounting and business administration.

WRP Investments Inc., a financial-services firm based in Liberty, has been named Investment Advisor magazine’s 2012 Broker- Dealer of the year. The national magazine conducts online voting from June to July and selects a winner in four categories based on the size of the firm.
