Resolved

Scott Adair: Sentenced in August 2011 to four years in prison after he was convicted of embezzling $1.3 million from Southwind Trucking Inc., an Austintown firm. His wife, Linda, was sentenced to four years’ probation and 200 hours of community service.

Kimberly Hladun: Sentenced to two years’ probation after pleading guilty to stealing $50,000 from Nicolinni’s Ristorante in Boardman.

Lori Ramsey: Pleaded guilty to stealing an estimated $46,000 from Trinity United Methodist Church in Youngstown. She was found in April 2012 to be eligible for Intervention in Lieu of Conviction and must undergo a rehabilitation period of one year. If she abides by the terms of her probation, all criminal charges will be dismissed.

Debra L. Chance: Pleaded guilty to stealing more than $600,000 from The Honda Store in Boardman. She was sentenced in February 2011 to four years in prison.

Rose M. Wilson: Pleaded guilty to stealing $22,800 while working as a clerk at the Warren Police Department. She was sentenced in January 2012 to serve 60 days of electronically monitored house arrest, 40 hours of community service and five years of probation. The $22,800 will be removed from her Public Employee Retirement System pension.

Ongoing

Tim Larman: is accused of taking $29,311 from the Mineral Ridge Volunteer Fire Co., for which he was treasurer. His case was bound over on Aug. 24 to the Trumbull County grand jury.

Thomas Morris: Pleaded not guilty to taking between $75,000 and $150,000 in money, appliances and services from Tri T&J Ltd. in Poland where he was employed as a bookkeeper. He has a pretrial scheduled for Tuesday.

Lori Lamb: Pleaded not guilty in July 2011 to taking more than $175,000 from her employer, Morris Drain, over a span of 10 years. A final pre-trial is set for Oct. 2.

New cases

Poland Township: Police are investigating a report that $24,632 was taken from the Poland Swim Club on Clingan Road between June 27 and July 12. No one has been charged.
