Youngstown Phantoms host trick-or-treat tonight at Covelli Centre

YOUNGSTOWN — Youngstown Phantoms host a trick-or-treat event from 5:30 to 7:30 tonight at the Covelli Centre on Front Street in downtown Youngstown.

Anyone dressed in costume will receive a $5 hockey game ticket.
