Man faces three counts of assault

WARREN
Three counts of felonious assault against Daron Warfield Jr., 23, of Lane Drive Southwest have been bound over to a Trumbull County grand jury.
The bindover was the result of a hearing Monday in Warren Municipal Court. Warfield remains in the Trumbull County jail in lieu of $250,000 bond.
Warfield is accused of firing a gun at three people at the BP gas station at East Market Street and Laird Avenue at 12:30 a.m. Oct. 6. Police recovered nine bullet casings at the scene.
Warfield was bound over on a murder charge earlier this year in connection with the Jan. 12 killing of Domin’Que Hugley, 21, of Saratoga Avenue Southwest, but a grand jury refused to indict him.
