Holiday food drive will benefit Second Harvest
Eastern Ohio Chiropractic Society is sponsoring a holiday food drive beginning Thursday and extending through Thanksgiving to benefit Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley.
Thirteen practices are working together to collect 5,000 pounds of nonperishable food this holiday season for those in need in Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull counties over the holiday season.
Patients are asked to donate five or more items such as peanut butter, cereal, canned goods, tuna, pasta etc. New patients who donate food will receive a complete health history and a detailed consultation at no cost.
