The 21st annual Laying of The Roses, sponsored by Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 135, is at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Vietnam War Memorial in downtown Youngstown. The date of the event was incorrect in a story on page A3 of Saturday’s paper.
