Warren leaf collection began today

WARREN

The 2012 leaf-collection program for Warren began today and is likely to continue until the week of Thanksgiving. Pickup days are determined by quadrant of the city.

Residents of the northwest area are asked to put leaves at the curb Sunday night for a Monday pickup. Residents of the northeast should put leaves out Monday for Tuesday pickup, southeast Tuesday night for Wednesday pickup; and southwest Thursday night for Friday pickup.

Residents can also bring leaves, loose or bagged, to the Environmental Services Department on South Park Avenue near the Warren Fire Department from 5:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. through the end of the year.
