Champion S.C.O.P.E. Senior Center, 445 Mahoning Ave., has planned the following: Monday, Jason De Luca from Trumbull Co. Hazardous Materials Response Bureau will speak about hazardous material in the home at the breakfast at 10:30 a.m. Cost is $5 for members and $7 for nonmembers. Lunches Tuesday through Friday cost $3 for members and $5 for nonmembers. Exercise on Tuesday and Thursday is at 12:30 p.m., and bingo on Wednesday is at 12:30 p.m.

Niles S.C.O.P.E. Senior Center, 14 E. State St., will have its annual Halloween party Wednesday. Lunch will be at 11:30 a.m. with a costume contest to follow.
