Miriam Chapter 278, OES, will have an open installation of officers at 7:30 p.m. at the Youngstown Masonic Building, 223 Wick Ave. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall. Members and friends are invited. There will be a practice at 7 p.m. Monday. All incoming officers are asked to be present.
