The Austintown School District’s Mobile Med trailer will be dedicated during a ceremony Tuesday. The ceremony, which is at 10:30 a.m. in the back parking lot of Austintown Middle School, will include a brief tour of the unit and refreshments.

The Falcon Mobile Med is a 39-foot unit that was purchased with a $500,000 U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Grant. The unit contains two fully-equipped medical examination rooms and a reception area, according to a news release. The unit, through a partnership with ValleyCare Northside Medical Center, will serve students and residents of Austintown.
