Biden-Clinton rally time moved up

Times for the Vice President Joe Biden/former President Bill Clinton rally at the Covelli Centre have been altered slightly by the President Barack Obama campaign.

Doors to the arena now will open at 2 p.m. Monday, with the rally starting about 3:30.
