Windsor House Inc. offered the public a look at its new 56-apartment facility Thursday during a grand-opening ceremony. Champion Estates Assisted Living, located at Mahoning and Champion avenues, is one of six assisted-living centers the company has in the Mahoning Valley.

Along with its location in Champion, Windsor House Inc. has facilities in Liberty, Youngstown and New Middletown.

Champion Estates Assisted Living has 56 apartments and includes transportation, recreational activities, a 24-hour emergency-call system and nursing staff, said Dan Rowland, director of marketing for Windsor House Inc.

Rowland said prices for the Champion Estates Assisted Living apartments range from $2,800 to $4,300 a month, depending on the square footage.
