Croatian center to host reverse raffle

YOUNGSTOWN

St. George’s Croatian Center, 3200 Vestal Road, will host a $1,000 reverse raffle For the Dogs from 5 to 10 p.m. Saturday.

The event includes dinner and one raffle ticket for $25. Winners do not need to be present.

Prizes will be awarded throughout the evening. There also will be a 50-50 raffle, basket raffles and other prizes.

Doors open at 5 p.m. with a buffet dinner at 6 and raffle at 6:30.

A cash bar will be available for those 21 and older.

All proceeds will benefit For the Dogs, a nonprofit volunteer-operated dog rescue group in Mahoning County.
