The replacement levies will generate a total additional $1.1 million, giving the department a total of $2.23 million annually.

The owner of a $100,000 will pay an additional $56 in taxes annually and a total of about $114 annually.

The department staffs 34 part-time firefighters and 17 full-time firefighters, including the chief and fire inspector.

The average full-time firefighter wage is $17.98 per hour.
