Austintown Senior Center, 100 Westchester Drive, has planned the following: Monday, fall leaf tour and open exercise at 9 a.m., blood pressure checks at 9:30, bingo at 10, painting class at 10:15, Medicare Supplement Insurance information at 11:30, intermediate computer class at noon and painting/drawing class at 12:30 p.m.; Tuesday, Vets Helping Vets and bingo at 10 a.m., bridge at 10:30, Zumba at 11, cards at noon and Healthy “U” at 1 p.m.; Wednesday, open exercise at 9 a.m., bingo at 10, pizza party ($3) at noon and classic movie ,“To Catch a Thief,” at 1 p.m.; Thursday, yoga at 9:15 a.m., open exercise at 9:30, bingo at 10, beginning crochet at 10:30, monthly birthday party at 11:30 with 50-50 drawing and lottery raffle, and intermediate yoga/tai-chi at noon; and Friday, trash and treasure sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The center is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Trumbull County Senior Court and AARP are offering two free senior driver safety programs to veterans and their spouses. The cost is $12 for AARP members and $14 for nonmembers. The programs will be from noon to 4 p.m. at both Niles S.C.O.P.E. on Nov. 9 and at Kent State University Trumbull Branch, Technology Building, Room 117, on Nov. 29. Warren S.C.O.P.E. Center, 220 W. Market St., invites Trumbull County seniors 60 and older to join a new pool league beginning Nov. 1 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. All skill levels are invited and free lessons will be provided. Tap dance lessons will be available Fridays. For beginners, a chair tap class will be 10 to 10:30 a.m.; a regular tap dance class is scheduled for 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The cost for the chair tap class is $1 per session.
