Oct. 7

Carrying a concealed weapon: Police charged Luke Johnson, 27, of 917 Brentwood St., New Castle, Pa., with carrying concealed weapons, possession of dangerous drugs, and drug paraphernalia, and Gary Arthur, 29, of 4850 W. State St., Hillsville, Pa., for drug abuse.

Drug abuse: Police charged Katherine Manche, 53, of 2751 Brunswick Road, Youngstown, with drug abuse after her arrest in the city.

Oct. 8

Domestic violence: Police charged Brandalynn Wolf, 29, of 365 Bradford Drive, Canfield and Lucas Upole, 30, of the same address, with the crime after their arrest.

Oct. 9

Unauthorized use of a debit card: A resident of the 200 block of Fairview Avenue reported unauthorized use of her debit card to make $39.95 in charges.

Oct. 13

Drug abuse: Police charged Cade Neiser, 18, of 1100 W. Calla Road, Salem, with drug abuse of marijuana after his arrest in the city.

Oct. 8

Breaking and entering: Police received a report of a break-in at Libbee Field, 5280 W. Radio Road.

Theft: Money and jewelry were taken from an auto parked at a home in the 6000 block of Smith Street.

Theft: A cellphone was taken from a home in the 4000 block of Falcon Drive.

Theft: A soda machine was broken into at Austintown Township Park, 6000 Kirk Road.

Breaking and entering: Lawn equipment was stolen at a home in the 2000 block of Flintridge Drive.

Theft: Police charged Scott Bowden, 27, of 240 Glenview Drive, Canfield, and Brian Precurato, 25, of 4022 Bob-o-Link Drive, Youngstown, with theft after their arrest for taking a 42-inch flat-screen television from Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Menacing: Police said they have a suspect in menacing at a home in the 2000 block of Amberly Street.

Burglary: Forced entry was reported at a home in the 3000 block of Burkey Road, and jewelry and cash were stolen.

Telecommunications harassment: There is a suspect in a case of telecommunications harassment in the 4000 block of Staatz Drive.

Theft: A GPS and personal items were stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Highmeadow Drive.

Telecommunications harassment: Unwanted texts were reported at a home in the 2000 block of Penny Lane.

Theft: Compact discs and coins were taken from an auto parked at a home in the 4000 block of New Road.

Warrant: Police arrested Christopher Muir, 35, of 317 Emma St., Niles, on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense.

Burglary: Copper pipes were stolen from a vacant house in the 4000 block of New Road.

Aggravated menacing: Threatening text messages were reported at a home in the 20 block of Johnathan Lane.

Warrant: Police arrested Carl Wallace, 44, of 538 Idora Ave., Youngstown, on a warrant for theft and obstructing official business.

Warrant: Police arrested Cuevas Wright, 33, of 416 Devitt Ave., Campbell, on a warrant for tampering with evidence and criminal mischief.

Breaking and entering: A shed was broken into at a home in the 2000 block of Spring Meadow Circle.

Counterfeit currency: A counterfeit $10 bill was passed at Papa John’s, 1502 S. Raccoon Road.

Domestic violence: Police charged Christopher Morgan, 20, of 58 N. Kimberly Ave., with the crime.

Warrant: Police arrested Judith Issacs-Douglas, 35, of 3711 Lynnhaven Drive, on a warrant for forgery.

Theft: An iPod, food stamp card and cash were taken from an auto parked on Westchester Drive.

Aggravated burglary: A burglary was reported at a home in the 100 block of DeHoff Drive.

Aggravated menacing: A threat was made by an unidentified caller at a home in the 4000 block of Mahoning Avenue.

Identity fraud: Two credit cards were opened using the victim’s name at a home in the 4000 block of Kirk Road.

Theft: Police charged Carl Wallace, 44, of 538 Idora Ave., Youngstown, with theft of items from Dollar General, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Breaking and entering: Someone broke in a storage unit at Blake’s Mini Storage, 2024 S. Raccoon Road.

Forgery: A personal check was forged at a home in the 500 block of South Raccoon Road.

Theft: A bicycle was stolen at a home in the 1000 block of Paisley Avenue and later found missing some parts.

Criminal trespassing: Police arrested Mylindsie Allison, 22, of 436 Wiseman St., Youngstown, on a warrant for the crime at the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.

Theft: A theft was reported at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

Warrant: Police arrested David Delvin, 32, of 4631 Fitzgerald Blvd., Youngstown, on a bench warrant for failure to appear.

Burglary: A garage door was forced open and a safe taken at a home in the 400 block of East Webb Road.

Aggravated menacing: Phone threats were reported at a home in the 4000 block of Selkirk Avenue.

Telecommunications harassment: Threats and nude pictures, unwanted calls and texts were reported at a home in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.

Disorderly conduct: Police charged Donald Rucker, 41, of 204 S. Four Mile Run Road, with the crime after his arrest in the township.

Theft: A cellphone and an ID card were stolen from an apartment in the 2000 block of South Raccoon Road.

Telephone harassment: A daughter’s ex-boyfriend was calling at a home in the 6000 block of New Road.

Auto theft: A 1971 Buick Riviera was stolen at Quaker Steak & Lube, 5800 Interstate Blvd.

Aggravated robbery: A masked man took cash from a safe at Pizza Hut, 1705 S. Raccoon Road.
