Drug abuse: Police charged Katherine Manche, 53, of 2751 Brunswick Road, Youngstown, with drug abuse after her arrest in the city.

Domestic violence: Police charged Brandalynn Wolf, 29, of 365 Bradford Drive, Canfield and Lucas Upole, 30, of the same address, with the crime after their arrest.

Unauthorized use of a debit card: A resident of the 200 block of Fairview Avenue reported unauthorized use of her debit card to make $39.95 in charges.

Breaking and entering: Police received a report of a break-in at Libbee Field, 5280 W. Radio Road.
Theft: Money and jewelry were taken from an auto parked at a home in the 6000 block of Smith Street.
Theft: A cellphone was taken from a home in the 4000 block of Falcon Drive.
Theft: A soda machine was broken into at Austintown Township Park, 6000 Kirk Road.
Breaking and entering: Lawn equipment was stolen at a home in the 2000 block of Flintridge Drive.
Theft: Police charged Scott Bowden, 27, of 240 Glenview Drive, Canfield, and Brian Precurato, 25, of 4022 Bob-o-Link Drive, Youngstown, with theft after their arrest for taking a 42-inch flat-screen television from Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Menacing: Police said they have a suspect in menacing at a home in the 2000 block of Amberly Street.
Burglary: Forced entry was reported at a home in the 3000 block of Burkey Road, and jewelry and cash were stolen.
Telecommunications harassment: There is a suspect in a case of telecommunications harassment in the 4000 block of Staatz Drive.
Theft: A GPS and personal items were stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Highmeadow Drive.
