Pa. man killed as car spins and hits tree

FREDONIA, Pa.

A Pennsylvania man was killed in a one-car accident Saturday.

State police said William G. Trgovic II, 22, of Atlantic, Pa., died when the vehicle he was traveling in struck a tree. Police said Trgovic was only passenger in a car that was traveling south on state Route 58 at approximately 7 a.m.

Police said the driver, Casey S. Wilkins, 18, of Grove City, Pa., was driving at high speed. The 1996 Cadillac Seville passed another vehicle along the road before spinning out of control, coming to rest on its roof.

Wilkins was transported to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.

Police said neither occupant was wearing a seat belt.
