KOKRAK LIVE: Kokrak finishes tied for 27th after another round in 60s

Former Warren JFK golfer Jason Kokrak continued his strong late-season run Sunday in the final round of the McGladrey Classic.

Kokrak, battling to secure his PGA Tour card for 2013, was below par for the third of four rounds at St. Simons Island, Ga., where he shot a final-round 69 to finish at 273, nine shots off the pace set by winner Tommy Gainey.

Gainey shot a sizzling 60 on Sunday to make up seven shots. He just missed matching a PGA single-round record of 59.

Gainey defeated David Toms, who fired a 63 Sunday, by one stroke.

Kokrak's final round included three birdies. He earned $22,550.
