North Jackson man indicted on sex charges

YOUNGSTOWN — A 41-year-old North Jackson man is facing a 46-count indictment for pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.

A Mahoning County grand jury today handed up the indictments against Milbur Stout formerly of Mahoning Avenue.

Jackson Township police arrested Stout after an investigation uncovered sexually explicit photos of a minor at his residence in May. Stout posted a $4,000 bond and was released from jail pending further investigation and proceedings in the case against him.
