Health, wellness, fitness showcase this weekend at Southern Park Mall

BOARDMAN — Southern Park Mall and Hometown Pharmacy are sponsoring a Health, Wellness and Fitness Showcase from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.

The two-day showcase will feature the latest in weight management, physical fitness, healthy living and more.

Participants will have the opportunity to receive flu shots, chair massages and free blood pressure screenings throughout the weekend-long event.

A number of local vendors will be available to provide demonstrations.
