Free clothing available Friday by East Side Crime Watch

YOUNGSTOWN — The East Side Crime Watch, 1001 Oak St., at the Fruit Street intersection, distributes free clothing from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday. Recipients are asked to bring bags and identification.
