Dots, a women’s fashion store, is opening a new location today at Southland Crossing, 1200 Doral Drive.

The store will be about 4,000 square feet. Dots is a Cleveland-based women’s specialty retailer.

Named to Inc. list

Alliance Solutions Group, a staffing and recruitment agency with offices across Northeast Ohio, including in Mahoning County, has been named to Inc. Magazine’s 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies for the second year in a row.

The company earned the honor by achieving 83 percent growth and adding 18 positions between 2008 and 2011.

F.N.B. dividend

The First National Bank Corp. declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share of F.N.B. Corp.’s common stock Wednesday.

The dividend is payable Dec. 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business Dec. 3.

Expanding facility

Advanced Recycling Systems is expanding its manufacturing capacity, adding 10,500 square feet to its facility.

The company designs and builds environmentally sensitive sandblasting machinery used by painting contractors.

In doubling the size of its plant, the company anticipates creating at least eight full-time jobs in addition to its current work force of 29 employees.

The company recently was granted a 60 percent, 10-year tax abatement from Mahoning County for the new addition, which is under construction.
