Austintown man faces 46 child porn charges

YOUNGSTOWN

A Mahoning County grand jury handed up an indictment Thursday of 46 new charges related to child pornography in the case against an Austintown man.

Milbur Stout, 24, is facing multiple counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance.

Online court records indicate that Stout was first indicted in May 2011 on one count of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

When a plea deal could not be reached at Stout’s last pretrial hearing on Tuesday , prosecutors said they planned to file a superceding indictment with additional counts, records state.
