4 Trumbull County schools rated excellent with distinction


COLUMBUS — Preliminary state report cards released this morning by the Ohio Department of Education show that Bloomfield-Mesopotamia, Joseph Badger, Lakeview and Weathersfield have all been designated “excellent with distinction,” the highest rating.

Champion, Girard, Howland, Hubbard, LaBrae, Liberty, Lordstown, Maplewood, Matthew, McDonald and Newton Falls have all been designated excellent.

Bristolville, Brookfield and Niles were all rated effective and Warren earned a continuous improvement designation.
