Shred event Saturday
AUSTINTOWN
Cintas Corp. has organized a shred event at Associated School Employees Credit Union, 1690 S. Canfield-Niles Road.
The free event, which will provide community members with a safe and secure resource to shred their confidential personal and business documents, is from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday.
“Identity theft is a growing threat for individuals and businesses across the nation,” Karen Carnahan, president and COO of Cintas document management division, said in a news release. “This event will bring awareness of proper document management to the community and provide them with a secure method to safely dispose information.”
All documents will be shredded on-site by a certified Cintas employee.
