YSU leads 14-7 after first quarter

The Youngstown State football team took a 14-7 lead over Illinois State after the first quarter of Saturday's game.

Jamaine Cook has an 8-yard TD run -- the 30th of his career -- and Kintrell Disher caught a 2-yard TD pass from Kurt Hess to lead the Penguins.

YSU starts the second quarter with a first down at the Illinois State 31.
