Rudolph Klein, 43, Coitsville Road, Campbell, kidnapping and domestic violence.

Marquis Christian, 28, Gray Street, illegal possession of a weapon and improperly handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Keith Holley Sr., 32, Idylwild Street Northeast, Warren, possession of cocaine.

Jonathan Hapcic, 37, Warner Road, Hubbard, possession of cocaine.

Richard Vickers Jr., 27, Ruby Street, Austintown, theft and forgery.

Timothy Delon, 18, Iowa Avenue, McDonald or West Liberty Street, Girard, passing bad checks.

Anthony Warren, 46, Shadyside Road, Boardman, domestic violence.

Rachel McNeal, 27, Barcelona Drive, Niles or Canal Street, Newton Falls, theft.

Earl Marshall, 21, Winchester Avenue, three counts of forgery and three counts of passing bad checks.
