Gardening through winter series continues Tuesday

CANFIELD

The Ohio State University Extension Gardening Adventure Series continues Tuesday with a program focusing on soils, growing herbs indoors, hydrangeas and more at McMahon Hall, Mill Creek MetroParks Farm, state Route 46, directly across from the Canfield Fairgrounds.

All sessions will help participants plan to continue certain aspects of gardening through the winter and to prepare for the 2013 gardening season.

Early registrations are encouraged, but will be taken at the door. The cost is just $15 to cover handouts and a packet of all session information for each participant.

Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. with sandwiches and other refreshments. The evening ends at 8:45 p.m.
