Retirement celebration Oct. 19 for Judge Robert A. Douglas Jr.

YOUNGSTOWN — There will be a toast-and-roast celebration for Judge Robert A. Douglas Jr., who retired in the summer from Youngstown Municipal Court. The celebration will be at 7 p.m. Oct. 19 at the Maronite Center, 1555 S. Meridian Road, with a social hour to begin at 6 p.m.

Special guest for the occasion will be Barry L. Wells, former Ambassador to Gambia, West Africa, and a retired U.S. State Department executive.
