Volunteers needed to install smoke detectors in Warren homes

WARREN

HandsOn Volunteer Network of the Valley is looking for volunteers to install smoke detectors in homes in the city Oct. 27.

Ten people were killed in Warren in 2010 and 2011 in two fires in 2011 and 2012 that involved homes without working fire detectors.
