3 Ohio men charged with shooting of toddlers

TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) — Three men in Toledo have been charged with aggravated murder in the fatal shooting of a 1-year-old girl who was sleeping in an apartment.

A grand jury today indicted the three on several other charges in the shooting that also critically injured the little girl’s 2-year-old sister.

Police believe the shooting was gang-related. The incident occurred in early August near downtown Toledo.

Media reports say the three men who were indicted face up to life prison if convicted.
