Perry, Eargle earn preseason Horizon honors

Youngstown State junior guard Kendrick Perry earned preseason first team all-Horizon League honors and senior forward Damian Eargle made the second team.

Perry was a first team all-conference pick at the end of last season, while Eargle made the all-defensive team.

The Penguins were picked to finish fourth in the nine-team conference. Valpo was picked to repeat, followed by Detroit and Green Bay.
