Freeze warning for Mahoning Valley will end at 9 a.m. Monday

CLEVELAND

The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning for Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties. The warning is in effect from 2 a.m. to 9 a.m. Monday. The warning means below-freezing temperatures are expected that could cause significant damage to crops.
