Animals found dead in Warren after weeks of property complaints

WARREN

The Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County found five dead dogs and four dead cats at a house on Hamilton Street Southwest Wednesday afternoon where police had been called about six weeks ago for animal and property complaints.

An investigator will determine whether animal cruelty charges will be filed against Tiffany Charlton and Michael Kelley once the investigation is complete, said Debbie Agostinelli, shelter director for the Animal Welfare League.
