Pavlik to meet Ward on Jan. 26 in L.A.

Youngstown’s Kelly Pavlik will meet WBC/WBA super middleweight champion Andre Ward in a 12-round bout Jan. 26 at the Galen Center in Los Angeles.

Pavlik (40-2, 34 KOs) has not fought since July when he earned a unanimous decision victory over Will Rosinsky. It was his third fight in just over three months.

Ward (26-0, 14 KOs) fought just once in 2012, a 10th-round TKO of Chad Dawson.
