Friends of Fido sponsors spay/neuters

Every Wednesday in December, Friends of Fido will pay for the spay/neuter of any dog at the Mahoning County Dog Pound and Adoption Center, 589 Industrial Road, that is adopted to an indoor home.

A veterinarian reference is required for this promotion.
