Ohio Star Quilters honors student quilters

Ohio Star Quilters, dedicated to educating the public in the art of quilting and teaching the basic principles of quilting to children, met recently to honor their student quilters. Student quilters must be 8 to 12 years old. Supplies are donated to each child from the club. Finished quilts were presented by 14 students and are shown, in front, Douglas Gurdak, left, Michael McKenzie, Elizabeth Brumbaugh, Alless O’Malley, Chloe Camacho and in back, Brianna Nolen, Paige Kristo, Abigail Martin, Natalie Walk, Sarah DeSalvo, Marissa Martin, Samantha Mehle, Jasmine Camacho and Kayla Mehle.
