Chrapcynskis celebrate 50th at family dinner

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Chrapcynski of Struthers were honored for their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner Nov. 10 at Alberini’s Restaurant, Niles.

The event was hosted by their children and spouses, Jan and Lee Steuart of Stow and Jill and Dallas Shreve of Vienna.

Three grandchildren complete the family. They are Rachel L. Steuart and Caesen E. and Claire G. Shreve.

The former Jackie Conti and Mr. Chrapcynski were married Nov. 3, 1962, at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, Lowellville.

The couple are members of New Life Church, Poland.

Mrs. Chrapcynski was a public-health nurse for the city of Struthers, retiring in 2000.

Mr. Chrapcynski worked for Federal Wholesale Co. in Hubbard and retired in 1999.
