A man remains missing after two others were rescued from Mosquito Lake on Saturday.

Dennis Lewis, Bazetta Township fire Chief, said rescue operations to recover the third man will continue at 9 a.m. Sunday.

Lewis said the two rescued males were transported to St. Joseph’ Health Center in Warren where they were treated and released Saturday.

He said dispatch received a call for help at Mosquito Lake around 6:30 a.m. Lewis said duck hunters in the area heard screaming coming from the lake.

When they arrived, they found two men treading water in the lake. Lewis could not say how far the two men were from shore, but the duck hunters did use a boat to rescue them. The two men said there was another person with them.
