Q. When did you start playing your instrument?

A. Both Domkowski and DeMarco began playing their instruments in the fifth grade. Domkowski started playing the Piccolo in her junior year.

Q. Best memory of being in band/marching band?

A. Domkowski’s favorite memories of band will be the trips to Disney World and to New Orleans to play at the BCS National Championship game. She enjoyed the trip to New Orleans the most because it was her first time being there and it was a whole new experience. She will also miss going to the football games every Friday night.

DeMarco’s favorite memories will be when the band went to Cedar Point and also going to Massillon Band Night and seeing their mascot, a baby tiger.

Q. Why is music important to you?

A. Both Domkowski and DeMarco said that music is important to them because it is a huge part of their lives. Also, no matter how bad you feel, you can always play or listen to music and it will help you feel better.

Q. What college do you hope to attend/intended major?

A. Domkowski has not decided where she will attend college. Some of the places she is considering are Kent State, Marshall University and Ohio State University. She would like to major in Nursing.
