Newton Falls police seek man in connection with robbery

NEWTON FALLS

Newton Falls police are asking for the public’s help in locating Jacob A. Bennett, 21, who is wanted for questioning in the robbery of Convenient Food Mart, 321 South Milton Blvd., at 5:32 a.m. Tuesday.

He is 5-foot-7 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds, has black hair and blue eyes.

Police say a male wearing a black hoody with a white bandana over his face and black gloves demanded money from the store and was armed with two knives.

He fled on foot toward Superior Street, where he entered an unknown vehicle and left the scene, police said.
