Program on state parks scheduled

The Audubon Society of the Mahoning Valley will discuss Ohio State Parks at 7 p.m. Nov. 27 at MetroParks Farm, 7574 Columbiana-Canfield Road. Naturalist Cheryl Harner will present a program exploring the history of many of our state parks and their recreational uses today. Guests will learn how groups have been promoting parks for the people, while also protecting them from invasive species, fragmentation and noise pollution. For information call 1-888-846-8851.
