Warren police officer jailed in Youngstown

A Warren City policeman, Jeff Miller, 48, is being held in Mahoning County Jail for violating probation on a reckless driving conviction.

Miller was arrested Thursday at Mahoning County Area Court No. 2 in Boardman.
