A Mahoning County grand jury handed up indictments against the following people this week:

Todd Timmons, 42, Willow Drive, Warren, passing bad checks.

Tyrone Jennings, 25, Overland Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Derek Sanders, 46, Oak Street Extension, carrying concealed weapons.

Heath Shiflett, 22, East Myrtle, breaking and entering.

Joyce Collins, 60, East Florida, theft.

Duncan Crooks, 52, Market Avenue, Canton, possession of drugs.

Michael Hornbuckle, 18, Sunshine Avenue, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Ciara Bussard, 31, Cain Street or Market Street, Boardman, receiving stolen property and forgery.

Jurell Johnson, 26, West Delason, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Lamar Armstrong, 27, Shields Road, Boardman, possession of cocaine, possession of drugs and obstructing official business.

April Nicole Jones, 21, Center Street, Pittsburgh, and Theodore Trent McHenry, 18, Blunston Avenue, New Castle, possession of drugs and possession of heroin.

Lamar Blonski, 38, Wesley Avenue, felonious assault and domestic violence.

Richard Sutton Jr., 29, Colonial Drive, tampering with evidence, possession of heroin and resisting arrest.

Whittington Davis, 26, West Wood Street, and Darrelle McMinn, 20, Kendis Circle, two counts of illegal possession of a weapon.

William Watson, 21, Caledonia Avenue or West Warren Avenue, burglary.

Scott Dattilo, 29, Connecticut Avenue, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Craig Fosher, 65, Oakmont Parkway, Ridgeland, Miss., carrying concealed weapons.

Tshombe Pierce-Miller, AKA Shawn Miller, 29, Cameron Avenue, gross sexual imposition.

Khaleb Bonner, 22, Hammaker Avenue, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and illegal possession of a weapon.

Daniel Nicoara, 37, South Heights Avenue, violation of a protection order.

Jacqueline Ciarocco-Kather, 22, and Maureen Kather, 48, both of Market Street, North Lima, theft.

Vincent Coberly, 49, Oneta Avenue, failure to register.

James Patterson, 27, Division Street, failure to provide change of address.
