Hispanic Veterans Appreciation dinner is Saturday in Youngstown
YOUNGSTOWN — The eighth annual Hispanic Veterans Appreciation dinner will be Saturday at OCCHA Hall, 3660 Shirley Road, beginning at 6, with dinner to follow at 6:30 p.m.
Lt. Col. Benjamin Rivera, deputy commander of the 911th Maintenance Group in Coraopolis, Pa., will speak. Rivera is a graduate of Youngstown East High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in environment civil engineering science from Youngstown State University.
