The Youngstown State football team defeated Western Illinois 31-7 in Saturday's Missouri Valley football game in Macomb, Ill.

It was the second straight win for the Penguins (6-4, 3-4), who will play Indiana State at home next weekend with a possible playoff berth on the line.
