Youth theater offers ‘Give a Mouse’

YOUNGSTOWN

Youngstown Playhouse Youth Theater will present “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie” at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 30 and 2:30 p.m. Dec. 1. The theater is on Glenwood Avenue. School performances will be at 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. Nov. 27, 28 and 29.

The play is recommended for grades pre-school through 4. It is about a boy who receives an unlikely guest while at home alone. What starts off as a generous snack turns into a silly adventure.

Model railroad open to public

Sebring

The Sebring Model Railroad Club will have its annual open house from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and again Nov. 17 and 18. Admission is $3.

The club’s scale railroad, the Ohio and Western Allegheny, is inside the former Pennsylvania Railroad station on Pennsylvania Avenue in Sebring.

It is one of the largest in the region.
