Trinity United Methodist Church provided the setting for the May 19 wedding of Renee Kirby and Benjamin Swallow, both of Poland. The Rev. Ronald Spore officiated at the 2:30 p.m. ceremony.
A reception honored the couple at The Links at Firestone Farms, Columbiana.
Parents of the couple are David and Sharon Kirby of Tiffin, Ohio, and Larry and Carol Swallow of Salem.
After a wedding trip to Sandals at St. Lucia, the couple reside in Poland.
The bride wore an ivory ruched gown with a fitted bodice and sweetheart neckline adorned with a feather brooch. Ruffles of organza and ivory feathers swirled through the skirt.
Sister of the bride, Laura Sebulsky, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Nikki Fruth, Kelly Priem, Crystal Cline and Carrie Babitsky, the groom’s sister. Flower girls were Katie Babitsky, the groom’s niece, and Emma and Alivia Kirby and Mara Sebulsky, the bride’s nieces. Attendants wore charcoal gray chiffon dresses.
Brother of the groom, Bobby Swallow, performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Adam Biery; Craig Vavrock; Jerrod and Jeff Grove; Ethan Gigler; J.F. Babitsky, the groom’s brother-in-law; Craig Kirby, the bride’s brother; and Rick Sebulsky, the bride’s brother-in-law. Ring bearers were Jackson and Mason Babitsky, nephews of the groom.
The bride is a graduate of Ohio University and Kent State University and earned a doctorate in audiology. She is a territory sales manager for Phonak Hearing Systems.
The groom earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Geneva College and is assistant vice president of PNC’s Private Client Group, Seven Fields, Pa.
